AMSP Training - Course Content

The AMSP training will cover the knowledge, skill and practice requirements that will enable you to be confident and competent to administer and provide feedback for the AMSP profiles.

Course content for Review Day (1 day): 

This one day workshop is designed to ensure that attendees develop the competence and confidence required to integrate the AMSP into professional practice and builds on the initial training by:

• Sharing and reflecting on the experience of providing feedback on profiles
• Sharing good practice
• Consolidating and enhancing the knowledge of Reversal Theory and the AMSP
• Providing more in-depth coverage of coaching, facilitating individual change and emotions.
