You need to Discover deep insights into how people really feel about work issues and challenges and to do this you need your people to really open up and talk. Apter does this using Qualitative research including 1 to 1 interviews and focus groups.

Then you might need to Measure the extent or importance of an issue, find trends or significant groupings in your organisation. We use the Apter Work Impact Survey (AWIS), giving a measurable insight into the important issues. 

Finally, good research is often wasted - you need to Enable the solution. We recommend bespoke development programmes to really tackle the issues highlighted and enable significant changes to the individuals and the organisation.
